above are some examples of concept designs that I did on behalf of the Encounter. The first drawing(bottom),was an observational sketch, that I did in Brighton for an earlier project. I really wanted to experiment with ink and watercolors so decided to apply this technique. The black and white drawings were done inside a Pub known as The George, somewhere in Borough. I did this because I wanted the background of my film to feel loose and colorful. yet I really liked the marks-making that was achieved with Ink/Fine-liner. hope you guys enjoy it!:)

LCC Make A Fair
You wouldn't believe where I was last Saturday on one of the hottest days in London, at my university, at the start of my summer break! while some of you guys where chilling in Brighton or enjoying the sun , I was busy having fun at a 2 day fair called "Make A Fair." It was actually a great experience and I had more fun then expected. Considering that it was a really hot day. There were so many families and young people there, interacting with the exhibitors. I met an interesting batch of creative individuals. The fair was focused on thee idea of obviously making things, but not just anything. I saw futuristic bluetooth wireless speakers, created by a bunch of 15 year olds, UV light emitting sunglasses, voice control apps for D-SLR camera & many more. It was quite inspiring, not to mention mind-blowing. There was one fellow who managed to design a new unique way of producing music, using old toys. He was able to generate or kinds of crazy sounds & beats. It may have not been a visit to Buckingham Palace or a fly to the moon, but it was great. I really enjoyed talking to these people and figuring out just how they do these incredible things. I simply had to upload some pictures, just so people could really understand that words could not describe my experience of being at Make A Fair.
This was the guy that I mentioned earlier. he had all kinds of different toys on his table. It's incredible, that he still manages to produce so much music despite the limitations.
An impressive batch of miniature chairs. The models are incredible. I need to find out how to make one of these.
Some sort of 3D model game. its quite unique, you put marble inside and then u have to manoeuvre the marble out of the exit. it looks complex but tis actually really fun.
More futuristic equipment that somebody started out, by making an impressive prototype in the living room and now...It's at Make A Fair

Sheep!!
With my project officially at a close, I decided to put up some more beautiful examples of my work below, along with the production team.
Post- production, its one of the hardest things to do!
My director Rachael, attempting to re-arrange the tree logs, with some assistance from myself.
My colleague Kosha setting up the tracker for the establishing shot.
The main set piece
That LOCS (Land of Counting Sheep) -- It took ages to make this texture. It was created using a large quantity of shredded coconut, then I had to paint it green with acrylic.
Me spending several hours editing the LOCS scenes.
Meet my group. They were very fun to work with.

"How To Count Sheep:"
This is the name of the project that I have been working on for the past 7 months. It's a coming of age story about a girl who can't sleep. Its very interesting because the story also explores the technique of counting sheep, while taking the audience to another world that only exists in dreams.
I worked on this project with 3 other teams members from the Same animation course as myself. It has been great working with them, although working within a team itself can be a real battle sometimes. But you need to learn to work with people as an animator!
Here our some Example of what i've been up too.

Berlin 2013
Recently I went to Germany for an amazing Illustration & Animation festival called "Pictoplasma" it was so much fun. I almost didn't want to leave!
I saw so much amazing illustration work that really inspired me as a designer & film-maker. Especially the incredible work from German Skateboarding duo& Street artists,"Low Bros" not to mention the humorous yet very humble, American Graffiti Artist, Jeff Soto.
If you look below you will find some amazing pictures from the whole experience:) I also made a lot of new friends, that will hopefully not forget.
There was also a lot of parties! that I couldn't resist. But Berlin is truly an amazing city so it WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Here's just just few examples of what I got up to:
